First of all, put wheat flour in a mixing bowl, now add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and oil and mix.

Make dough by adding water little by little, keep covered for 15 minutes. Now make small balls from this dough, grease them and flatten them and roll them completely.

Put it in hot oil and fry the puri on medium flame. Serve hot garam masala puri with aloo jeera.
