Zucchini and Ground Pork Stir-Fry with Curry and Soy Sauce Seasoning

I like zucchini, but my child doesn't. I suspected he may eat if it's seasoned with curry, so I gave it a shot. Both he and my husband liked this, so I posted the recipe here.
Skip Step 2 if you prefer a crunchy texture for the zucchini. I microwave them since I prefer well-cooked veggies and want to reduce the time it takes to stir-frying them.

Wash the zucchini and slice into 6-7mm thickness.

Put the sliced zucchini in the heat-proof dish and microwave for 1 minute at 700W (You can skip this step if you prefer a crunchy texture.)

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the ground pork until golden brown.

Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry. Add the soy sauce and curry powder and continue stir-frying.

Serve on a plate and enjoy.
