Mizuna greens were on sale at the C-op, so I came with a way to use them all up.
No need to make a dressing. Easy and quick.

Mizuna greens were on sale at the C-op, so I came with a way to use them all up.

Steps

Wash mizuna greens and drain. Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.

Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.

Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds. Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.

Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.

Mix well when you eat.

Extra: Place it on hot steamed rice. It taste yummy like an easy fried rice.
