  • 2 tbsp / 1 cup curd or buttermilk whatever is available
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • Handfulcoriander chopped
  • Some mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tbspsattu powder

    In a bowl mix sattu powder, black salt and chaat masala

    Add chopped onion, coriander, mint leaves.

    Add curd, soaked chia seeds with water it was soaked in
