Paneer Vegetable Pizza Tortilla Wrap

In a bowl, take maida, add salt, and oil, and mix well. Now add gradually lukewarm water to the kneading dough. Cover it, and keep it aside for at least 15 minutes to set. Heat a tawa on a slow flame, apply a little oil to the dough, and make it smooth. Make equal balls and roll chapati, roast on tawa without oil, or butter on both sides. The tortilla is ready.

Now take 1 tortilla, and make a slit cut in 1/4 part of chapati. Spread tomato ketchup and pizza sauce on all around tortilla.

Now, put chopped veggies in each 1/4 part of a round tortilla. Sprinkle salt to taste, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and oregano on all veggies. Grate paneer on all above the veggies.

Now fold one 1/4 the portion of the tortilla, and make it a triangular shape. Heat a tawa, on a very slow flame, and shallow fry it, by applying butter to it and the edges of the tortilla. Roast till golden brown and crispy.

Make it all in the same way. Ready to serve a very yummy and drooling Paneer Vegetable Pizza Tortilla Wrap.
