Cooking Instructions

Wash & soaked rice for 1 hour. Now boil it. In nonstick pan add oil roast garlic.

After turns garlic brown add finely chopped carrot and onion. Saute it for 2 minutes. Add salt for quick cooked.

Now add bellpepper & tomato pieces. Cook it proper to cover with lid. When all ingredients well cooked add boil rice in pan.

Add szechwan pepper also in it. Mix them proper. Cook it 2 minutes more. Check it & add some oregano on rice.

Rice is ready for serve.
