For Pav:-
Mix Sabudana and Moriya in a grinder.to make fine flour.
Take in a mixing bowl.Add curd and 1Cup of water oil rock salt mix it well and and ferment for 1/2 hr.
Now Grease katori with oil.Add eno and 2-3 tb of water in a batter and fill 1/2Katori.
Steam for 7-8min. - 2
Take out from steamer and Allow it.to Cool. For 10min. Pav is ready.

Mean while boil and mashed potatoes. Heat oil in a pan.Crackle cumin seeds curry leaves chopped green chilli ginger chilli turmeric paste. Rock salt black pepper coursly crushed saute.Lastly add coriander lemon juice and sugar. Mix properly.Transfer in a plate.
Mix roasted peanuts and pomogranate seeds. Spread in a plate properly.And Add Desicated coconut. - 4
Now Demould Pav from Katori cut from middle with sharp knife care fully. Spread Green Chutney one Side and fill 2tbsp.filling.On another pav.Spread tamrind Chutney and cover it.

Heat ghee in a tawa and roast on a both sides 3-4min.
Take in a plate. Coat with potato Sev. - 6
Tasty 😋 Tasty Farali Dabeli is ready to serve.Garnish with cherry and fried green chilli.

For green chutney:-
Mix coriander ginger chilli paste peanuts rock salt ice cubes oil lemon juice in a mixie jar. And churn to make green chutney.Green Chutney is ready. - 8
For Tamrind Chutney:-
Soak Tamrind and dates for 2hrs. in a water.
And boiled it. Allow it to cool.And churn.Add rock salt. Mix it well and churn. Strain with strainer.Tamrind chutney is ready. - 9
For peanuts:-
Roast and remove skin.Saute in 1tsp.oil with rock salt and black pepper powder.Roasted peanuts is ready.
