Gizzard & Garlic Scapes Oyster Sauce Fry Gizzard & Garlic Scapes Oyster Sauce Fry
I make this when garlic scapes are on sale, but their flavor and smell is too intense, so I didn't make it that often. Recently, I made it again and found that garlic scapes have become a lot milder. It takes a little while for the garlic rabes to cook. The edges of the gizzard pieces become frilly when cooked, so make sure to cook through.Adjust the amount of oyster sauce to your preference. Pan-Fried Crispy Oysters with Garlic Pan-Fried Crispy Oysters with Garlic
After many attempts, I recreated this delicious oyster dish I had at a fashionable izakaya!! This is it! I always cook this dish when oysters are in season. Enjoy the simple taste just with salt and pepper!!For best results, drain the oysters well, coat them with plenty of katakuriko and fry them until the katakuriko is crispy. You don't have to rinse the oysters with the root end of a daikon radish. They'll be fried up anyway, so just rinse them with salt water!! Recipe by Tankotankichi cookpad.japan -

Easy & Superb Fried Oysters Easy & Superb Fried Oysters
I ate these fried oysters all the time when I was a kid. These taste just like home and are made the same way that I grew up with.To wash the oysters, sprinkle with salt, cover with grated daikon radish, or use any other method that you prefer.I grated some daikon radish and used the liquid, but recently the oysters I've been using don't smell and come out nicely by just rinsing with water. You could also dip them in tartar sauce. Basic Breaded Deep Fried Oysters Basic Breaded Deep Fried Oysters
This is a family favorite that I've been making for a long time. You can enjoy it with a tartare sauce-like mixture of mayonnaise (3 tablespoons) + grainy mustard (1 to 2 teaspoons). In Step 1, if the odor of the oysters bothers you, soak them in milk for a while after rinsing them in water. In Step 2, put the cake flour in a plastic bag and coat the oysters in the flour. Shake off any excess flour. Also in Step 2, use fresh panko for plump, soft fried oysters. In Step 3, if you fry the oysters for too long, they will shrink. Just fry them briefly. Oyster Fried Rice-Style Oyster Fried Rice-Style
I like oyster rice, but I don't have the time to make it.So then it occurred to me that if I made fried rice and added oysters to it, I could make it pretty easily .Be careful not to over-cook in Step 2 Mix in the rice while you still have the oyster juices and the sauce for a rich flavor You can add more ingredients if you like, such as scrambled egg and vegetables, to make it like Chinese fried rice. This is also delicious. If you like spicy foods, add some doubanjiang. Recipe by rie-tin cookpad.japan -
