  • 2 mediumSweet potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cupSattu atta
  • 1 tspSpring onion - chopped
  • 1 tspKotmir - chopped
  • 1 tbspMohan
  • 1/2tspOma
  • 1/2 tspCrushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients and make a hard dough

    Roll the dough into finger shapes

    Deep fry in low to medium oil until crisp and brown

    Let the fingers fry well before touching them with ladle, else they can break
