Once the rice is cooked, set it to the side.

Marinade the prawns with black pepper, salt, white pepper, royco and olive oil.

Shallow fry in a wok until pink.

Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and bell peppers. Fry for 2 mins or until the onions soften.

Remove them from the wok. Coat the rice in soy sauce and garlic chili paste.

Add the rice onto the wok and fry for 2 mins.

Add back the prawn and veggie mix.

Toss them around for another 2 mins then serve.
