Take all ingrediant.All ingrediant should roast seperatly.

Coriander seeds roast for 8/10 minutes on low flame.Cumin seeds,caraway seeds roast for 6/7 minutes on low flame.

Now roast black cardamon 10/15 min. Now roast black pepper, chinamon.

After this roast cloves,small cardamon, mack (JaVitri),star flower,bay leaves.

Mix it and let them cool. After cooling grind all in mixer, make fine powder.

Biryani masala is ready.

Tip..you can use this Biryani masala to prepare vegetable.biryani,matan biryani, prawns biryani.For 1kg.chicken and 1/2 kg.rise 3 tablespoon biryani masala is sufficient.
