Ingredients

  • 2 tbsptruffle oil
  • 3-4medium sized potatoes (sliced like fries)
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) to garnish
  • Parsley to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix truffle oil, salt and garlic powder in a bowl. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.

    Cook in air fryer 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
