Ingredients

3-5 persons
  • 500 gstir fry beef (thin "bacon-like" cuts)
  • 250 mlNestle All Purpose Cream
  • 1 cubeKnorr beef broth cubes
  • 1large white onion
  • 400 gsliced mushrooms
  • black pepper
  • dried thymes
  • dried parsley
  • butter

Steps

15-30 mins
  1. 1

    Add butter and oil to hot pan.

  2. 2

    Add onions.

  3. 3

    Add beef cubes.

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms.

  5. 5

    Add beef and cook for 2-5 mins until beef is slightly cooked.

  6. 6

    Add spices: pepper, thymes, and parsley.

  7. 7

    Add all purpose cream and cook for 5-8 mins.
