Panama Cake

Steps

Whip egg yolks and sugar to a very foamy texture.

Grate chocolate and almonds very fine

Fold in chocolate&almond mix into foamy eggs&sugar

Take egg white + a dash of cold water + bit of salt hard and whip it till you get beaten egg white.

Half of of the beaten egg white is mixed strong into the chocolate/almond/egg/sugar mix. tje second have gently fold in.

Place all of it into a cake ring. use baking paper! 1 hour, 170 degree. upper&lower heat

For the creme: just melt chocolate in the cream. let it cool down for 2-3h. and then whip it up with the mixer.

Cut the cake in the middle and place half of the chocolate cream inside. turn the head of the cake upside down, and place it back on the cake. now finish cake with the other half of chocolate cream.

Let rest chilled for a night. serve chilled.
