Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 200Fresh Garlic Cloves
  2. Garlic Olive Oil [enough to coat garlic cloves]
  3. 1/3 CupFresh Minced Chives
  4. 1 tbspFresh Rosemary
  5. 1 tbspFresh Thyme
  6. 1/2 tspSea Salt [+ reserves]
  7. 1/2 tspFresh Cracked Black Pepper
  8. 1/2Small Lemon [juiced + reserved wedges]
  9. 2 ozPackage Sun Dried Tomatoes
  10. 1/2 CupQuality Red Wine [for tomatoes]
  11. 1/4 CupQuality White Wine [for garlic]
  12. ● For The Options [as needed]
  13. Toasted Onion Bagles
  14. Lemon Wedges
  15. 6 ozMason Jars
  16. Red Pepper Flakes
  17. Quality Balsamic Vinager
  18. 3 (8 oz)Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat garlic cloves with garlic olive oil.

    Red wine and sun dried tomatoes pictured.

    Add red wine to sun dried tomatoes. Boil sun dried tomatoes until red wine dissolves and dried tomatoes have plumped.

    Add everything together with white wine and bake for 60 minutes at 425°.

    Smash garlic by hand with masher. Taste test and see if you want more sea salt or lemon juice added to the mix. Leave some of your cloves whole so your guests know exactly what they're eating! 😆

    Place in Mason Jars and allow them to cool upside down for an hour. Then refrigerate.

    Serve on toasted bagles or garlic triskets with squeezes of lemon wedges. These make for great gifts as well. My neighbors and co- workers always look forward to them!

Hense my love for the year round super fresh meats, seafoods and crispy fresh vegetables my students have consistently listed for your families picky approval!With that, cooking, teaching and feeding others are obviously 3 of my absolute passions in life. My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S.
