Moong Burfi
Simple, quick and healthy sweet.
Steps

Heat oil add ghee and melt it on low heat completely.

Add moong flour and cardmum powder mix everything well.

Grease mould add the mixture and press it evenly top with dry fruits and after few minutes cut in pieces moong burfi is ready.

Note :whole moong flour which is made by roasting whole moong on low flame to golden then grinding to fine powder.
