Assemble all ingredients.

In a deep pot, boil water and salt and cook pasta according to package instructions (al dente prefered)

Meanwhile in a separate pan, add heavy cream and butter. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, hing and mix.

Add parmeasan cheese; for a creamier sauce, add 1 cup instead of the 0.5 cups.

Mix well and set aside. Once pasta of finish cooking, strain it and add it to sauce, mixing well.

Serve warm with a sprinkle of pepper flakes for an extra kick and a side of buttery bread and enjoy!
