Squeeze juice from lemons and sieve to remove pulp. Reserve some lemon slices and zest. Cut strawberries in halves.

Blend the strawberries with some sugar and water then sieve to get the syrup.

Add two cups of sugar and two cups of water in a saucepan. Heat in low heat to form syrup.

Mix everything in a pitcher, sieve to remove the zest and any pulp then add water to dilute. Keep tasting until you get your desired taste.
