This pickle is good to eat with thepla,paratha or even Khichdi..
One of my favourite pickles.
Steps

Wash,wipe and peel the skin of raw mango,then grate with the big hole grater.
Transfer in a steel container now add salt, sugar,cloves, black pepper and cinnamon and mix thoroughly and cover it
Give rest for 5-6 hours to dissolve the Sugar completely. - 2

After resting,check the consistency.
If the sugar has dissolved completely,then mix again and add Kashmiri red chilli powder and hot red chilli powder.
Mix well
Cover again and put it on for overnight. - 4
The next day pickle will ready.
Fill it in the clean glass jar and store it
Eat whenever you feel like..
