Steps

Mix sugar and salt in a small container. Add 250 ml warm water. Yeast. And three tablespoons of flour. Stir well. Cover with cling film and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Sift 500-600 grams of flour into a container convenient for kneading. Make a recess. Pour in the yeast mixture and the remaining 200 ml of warm water.

Start kneading the dough with a spatula. Add vegetable oil during the process. I have a gorgeous, fragrant, lavender, homemade one.

Add flour as needed. Knead into a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Transfer the dough to a pan lined with parchment paper. Using light pressure movements, spread the dough over the entire surface. Cover with cling film and leave to proof for one hour.

After 40 minutes of proofing, place decorations on the dough. Cover with film and let stand for the remaining 20 minutes.

Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check with a wooden stick. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
