Meat cake
2 lbsground beef
2eggs
1 cuptrinity
1 tspgarlic
1 tspliquid smoke flavor
1 tbsworsteshire sauce
1 tbsBBQ sauce
to taste Cajun seasoning
1 cupbread crumbs
Potatoes
2-3 lbsyellow potatoes
1 tbsgarlic
1 cupchicken stock
1 stickbutter
1/2 cupheavy cream
to taste Salt
Topping Sauce
1small can of tomato paste
1 tspmustard
Pinchred pepper flakes
1/2 cupbrown sugar
PinchBBQ dry rub to taste

Steps

Meat cake: Mix all meat cake ingredients well, place in 7 inch spring form pan. Poke a hole in the center of the meatloaf, cover with aluminum foil and set aside.

Potatoes: Chop potatoes, half and quartered, peel if you want, I didn't. Add to the instant pot with garlic and broth.

Cook: Place rack on top of potatoes, with pan on top. Pressure cook high 25 mins, quick release.

Carefully remove the meatloaf pan and the rack from the IP. Set aside. Add remaining potato ingredients to the IP, mash the potatoes.
