This is a simple Dinner recipe made with Spaghetti Noodles and Capsicum. The ingredients are simple with lots of Veggies that are handy. You can use your favourite one's too. Though the Vegetable version is also super delicious, this Non-vegetarian version is absolutely yum. You can make Cheesy Spaghetti too if you want a little change. I have tried all of these variations and have loved them all. And have used simple spices in this no hassle version by me making it a bit more of Indian. I have used spices that are common to Indian palate. This amazing one pot meal is not only a stunner but also a filling one. It has full of awesome flavours. Lipsmacking Spaghetti is ready to be enjoyed in just a few minutes. Enjoy with your loved ones and friends on any day.
The choice of Vegetables is also one's own and has to be made in this Season at least once with all those lovely looking fresh Vegetables all around.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Heat oil in a a pan. Saute garlic and ginger with onions. Add lamb mince now along with the powdered spices. Mix well and saute until the raw smell fades away. Next, add the capsicum chunks. Saute on a low to medium high heat until crisp. Keep stirring it while keeping a watchful eye on it. Do not over cook. The crunch of the veggie must be retained.
- 2
Meanwhile, boil noodles al dente in enough water with salt and oil. Drain and keep aside. Do not over cook. Until the noodles get boiled and drained, the shimla mirch kheema or mince mix is all ready.
- 3
Add cooked oodles to it and give a good mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot immediately. That's it. Enjoy!
