We were expecting a few guests on Diwali 🎇🪔 Day .But due to some unavoidable circumstances only 2 couples came . Now I had made a lot of dishes & amongst 1 of them was moth beans with simple Gujrati gravy ( no onion , no garlic ).
As moth was ample left , I had frozen it to use it up later or make a new dish from an old ingredient. My husband is very fond of Usal & Misal .So I thought I would make something from " Old to New ".
