🥑Holy moly we have fresh #guacamole and #bacon chips to dip 🥓 🥑Holy moly we have fresh #guacamole and #bacon chips to dip 🥓
This dish was inspired from my sister's neighbor next door from Guadalajara. My sister owns three avocado trees. Her next door neighbor, Mrs Castillo always makes unique dishes from her country. I thought it would be a great gesture for me to make her guacamole with a twist, She loved it. The bacon gives it a nice crispy texture and slightly salty beautiful flavor. Remember you can modify this recipe to make it your own baby! Have a great day! J.R -

Nothing Wrong With Cutting Corners Simmered French Fries!? Nothing Wrong With Cutting Corners Simmered French Fries!?
Once in a while, I go to McDonald's. If the service is really welcoming, I somehow end up ordering a large French fry. But I can't finish them, and I don't really like eating them cold the next day...So, I tried simmering them.It seems like a waste to pour out the mentsuyu sauce, but it actually removes excess oil and makes the fries a little healthier! Southern Thai-style Roast Chicken Southern Thai-style Roast Chicken
I adapted this from a number of recipes of fried chicken popular in the South of Thailand. The marinated chicken could alternatively be fried submerged in very hot vegetable oil but I was feeling health-conscious so I decided to roast it in the oven instead. This is traditionally served with aromatic fried shallots (which I also baked), steamed glutinous rice and optionally sweet chili sauce. Christopher Watt
