Clean and chopped laal saag vegetable. Boil Chawli and laal saag with a little salt until 95 % done.

Now in a kadhai add oil and then add garlic, cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds,black pepper. Stir until aromatic. Later add onion and coconut. And stir up to brown colour.

Now make it into a paste with tamarind paste,In a mixi. In a pan add oil, onion and turmeric powder and chilli powder and green chilli powder. Add boiled laal saag and Chawli.

Now add ground paste in this pan. Let it boil for 5 to 10 min.and serve hot.
