Purple sweet potatoes tikki

Peel wash grate purple sweet potatoes boil & mashed potatoes chilli. Onions. Garlic & beans fine.

Take a non-stick pan add oil roast dry fruits in oil &keep side. Now add garlic onions and chili oil for 2 minutes. Now add grated purple sweet potatoes and beans now add all spices and mix them. Make rounds shape tikki and keep it in freezer for 20 minutes.

Take a pan after add oil heat it. Take cornflour make thick liquid dip cutlets in to it. Roll in crumbs and till extra oil remove.

Yummy tasty snack is ready for serve with mayo dip.
