Steps

Ready all the ingredients.

In mixer jar take rava, kasuri methi, dry masalas and salt and crush to a powder.

Take this powder in a plate and knead a medium stiff dough. Rest dough for 30 minutes.

Roll out and cut into small squares.

Deep fry in hot oil on medium slow flame until crispy.

Take out on an absorbent paper. Sprinkle chat masala on top if desired.

A tasty hygienic snack (better than store bought ones) is ready to enjoy with tea or coffee.
