Pâte à crêpes classique
2.5 ozdark chocolate (70 g)
Heavy cream
Shredded coconut

Make crêpes using the batter (see my recipe)

In a saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat with a splash of heavy cream. Stir regularly until smooth.

Spread the chocolate sauce over the crêpes and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
