This Isn't Sweet but it's good and healthy
Steps
- 1
Gather the ingredients, except the clementine, and tea. Turn on the heat, put into the pot.
- 2
Put the kettle on. Get the tea ready. When the pot with the star anise starts to boil, stir, remove from heat, and cover. Steep 20 minutes.
- 3
Make the tea allow to steep 15 minutes.
- 4
Add the sparkling water to a glass and/or cup. Slice as many pieces of clementines as needed. Here I needed 1 slice then cut in half for garnish on the cup and glass. Squeeze the juice into the tea. Add the star anise tea to the oolong tea and stir. Add to the glass and cup and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
