Ingredients

  1. Batter
  2. 2 cupsself rising flour
  3. 16 ouncesLa Croix lemon sparkling water
  4. 3 teaspoonseasoned salt
  5. Vegetable and Cheese
  6. 24 ouncescauliflower
  7. 2 cupssharp shredded cheddar cheese
  8. As neededoil to deep fry in
  9. Optional for crunchy heavy batter
  10. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  11. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  12. 1 teaspoonseasoned salt

Cooking Instructions

    Microwave the cauliflower for 5 minutes on high. Heat the oil. Mix the ingredients for the batter. If using the option for a thicker crunchier batter, then do this part next. Mix cornstarch all purpose flour, and seasoned salt. Add the cauliflower and lightly coat then dip into the batter mix. Fry till cauliflower is done to your likeness.

    When the whole lot of cauliflower is fried add the cheese. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!! My granddaughters wanted it all. They wanted more the next day.
