1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 cupmilk (room temperature)

Banana Puree : In a mixer jar take 1/4 cup milk, honey & banana pieces. Blend to smooth puree & keep aside.

Take a big bowl & put a sieve on it. Add All-purpose flour, powdered sugar & cooking soda in it. Sift it in the big bowl.

Add banana puree in the dry ingredients & the remaining 1/2 cup milk in two batches. Mix with a whisk.

Heat a non-stick mini uttapam pan. Season it with oil & wipe it with a tissue.

Pour a tbsp of the batter on each dent. Drizzle little oil on it. Cover & cook till bubbles appear on it.

After 3-4 minutes flip the pancakes 🥞 and cook the other side. Cook for 2-3 minutes & remove in a plate.

How to sandwich the cakes : Take one pancake in a plate & generously apply Nutella on it.Cover with another pancake. Make all pancakes 🥞 the same way. Serve these delicious Doriyaki Cakes which are children ' s favourite at Birthday Parties & they will go
