In a cooker or large pan, add oil, onions and capsicum. Add salt and saute for 2 mts. Now add cabbage and carrot and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix well. Add soaked basmati rice and 2 cups water. Mix well and cook for 10mts

Now add chilli garlic sauce, Add 2 more cups water, (this is time when rice is half cooked) Add manchurian masala. Mix well and cook for 15mts

Manchuriam masala contains CORNFLOUR so dont add directly if there is no water, or mix it with some water and then add it. My rice had water so it didnt stick. Serve hot
