Steps

First take 1cup soya bean take enough water soak 12 hour then remove soyabean skin and spread out on cloth and dry grind and and make fine powder

Take one cup soybean flour 1cup multi grain flour in a bowl and add Pinch of salt 1tsp ajwain(carom seeds) and mix well and warm water as per requirement knead a fine dough leave for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes add 1tsp oil again knead eat few second divide the dough into equal portion. And make smooth ball Sprinkle flour roll it with rolling pin.

Heat a tawa with high flame place Roti on tawa cook for two or three second flip it place the half cooked roti on flame and remove it carefully.

Transfer Roti into a serving plate decorate with coriander and serve it with soybean sabj now soybean sabji and roti ready to eat enjoy!!!
