A quick and easy appetizer using phyllo dough that you often have in the fridge 😁

Start by opening the can of tuna and draining it. Prepare your mayonnaise. Add a few spoonfuls to the tuna, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Run your phyllo sheets under water to soften them. In an oven-safe dish, arrange the phyllo sheets, cut them in half, and place a second layer on top. Repeat. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. Be careful and watch closely as they cook quickly 😉

Remove the cups from the oven once cooked and let them cool.

Fill them with tuna and pesto. Garnish with chopped parsley and olives.
