First grind the 1 cup of oats to make a flour

Then in a bowl add ground oat flour, then rolled oats,then egg,

Then melted ghee and all the other ingredients

Add half teaspoon of vanilla powder also

Mix it all together and make a small ball

Then place into the baking dish with the silver foil or parchment paper with gap because it will spread

Then bake it on 160°centigrade for 15 minutes

When it will become golden brown take it out and let it cool down

And then enjoy crispy crunchy oat cookies with a cup of hot tea
