Cheddar Melt Burger and Fries

I don't want to add a million pictures of French fries and cooking a burger. The cheddar cheese sauce is very important, concentrate not to allow the sauce to break. Don't let the temperature rise too fast or too high. If it does it will surely break and become grainy. If it does add a bit of yellow prepared mustard, granulated garlic powder, and more cheese.

Melt the butter, and incorporate the flour to make a roux. Pour in the milk, allow it to heat but not boiling, or the sauce will break. When the milk is hot add the cheddar cheese and stir it. Cook the hamburger pattie the way you want it. Top the burger with teriyaki sauce on the last flip of the burger. Add the onion to the juices in the pan. Sauté 2 minutes.

The melted cheddar should be nice and thick. Mayonnaise the bottom bun, add the pattie, top the pattie with the onions. Smother the pattie with melted cheddar.

Plate the fries and add the melted cheddar goodness. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
