An easy and simple dessert that's also budget-friendly! The melted marshmallow reminds me of the creamy filling in the treats we used to eat as kids!

Always loved S'mores but when you couldn't make them at the campfire I tried to create a good recipe for indoors all year around. Made these over 30 years ago and they still Are a requested favorite by many for parties!

Quaker has a S'mores flavored granola bar, which happens to be my daughters favorite flavor. I've been making granola bars lately for me to snack on, so I decided to see if I could recreate her favorite flavor. I might be biased, but I think these are way better and with a way shorter list of ingredients than the boxed variety.

A graham cracker and honey base, with a chocolate and marshmallow center. Topped with even more chocolate and graham cracker.

the kids devoured this quickly! :-)
