That Wonderful Egoma Aroma! Egoma Leaf Wraps with Pork

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I only used egoma leaves to wrap meat.
I wanted to use my favorite egoma leaves for other recipes too, so I made these.

Be careful not to fill with too much filling when you wrap otherwise it will come out. My husband normally doesn't like egoma but even he approved About Dong Goo Lang Daeng, My 2 years old daughter will eat it. So this is an economical dish that can be made for adults and for kids from the same filling. Recipe by Chanyuki mama
