Ingredients

  1. 7 ozchicken (about 200 grams)
  2. 2-3 tablespoonsgreen curry paste
  3. 3 tablespoonscoconut milk (about 50 ml)
  4. 4-5winged beans
  5. 2 sprigsfresh Thai basil
  6. 2 teaspoonsfish sauce
  7. 1/2-1 teaspoonpalm sugar
  8. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the green curry paste, then the chicken and coconut milk. Stir-fry until the chicken is almost cooked through.

    Add the winged beans, then the Thai basil. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.

    Stir-fry until the winged beans are cooked. Serve hot.
