Steps

Take leftover boiled potatoes peel and mash roughly.
Heat up oil in pan add mustard seeds when they crackers add asofoedetida curry leaves green chilli ginger garlic paste saute add dry spices powder mix all well add mashed potatoes and mix everything well keep aside - 2
Now make medium size balls from mixture keep aside.

Now prepare thick flowing batter with all ingredients except oil for deep frying

Heat up oil in pan for deep frying.
Meanwhile dip leftover potato balls in batter drop carefully in hot oil don't make crowd drop 2-3 at a time deep fry till golden in colur - 5
Remove on tissu paper or kitchen towel for excess oil.

Prepare any type samber.
Serve this hot or warm bondas with hot samber.
Serve hot samber and dip bondas in it.
