Soothing and refreshing tea is rich in iron and antioxidants among plenty of other nutrients. In addition, it carries anti-bacterial properties and is known to improve levels of blood sugar and cholesterol.
Steps

Wash mint leaves and lemon grass well. Cut the lemon grass and ginger into pieces. Take water in a sauce pan add lemon grass,mint leaves and ginger bring it to boil.

When water start boiling cover it and let's simmer and brew it for 8-10 minutes. Then strain into cup.

Squeeze lemon juice and enjoy.
