Ingredients

10-15 minutes
6-7 servings
  • 250 gmfresh coriander leaves
  • 1big tomato
  • 1 teasp lemon juice or
  • 1/2 teasp amchur powder
  • 1/2 teasp slightly roasted cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1green chilli or dried red chilli
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 3-4garlic cloves (optional)

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the coriander leaves properly and discard mature stalks.

    Chop tomatoes, chilli and add them to a mixer with coriander leaves and other ingredients. Add water as per the consistency desired. Grind them into a smooth paste.

    It's ready. Add lemon juice. Serve with stuffed parathas/pulao/snacks.
