Wash the coriander leaves properly and discard mature stalks.

Chop tomatoes, chilli and add them to a mixer with coriander leaves and other ingredients. Add water as per the consistency desired. Grind them into a smooth paste.

It's ready. Add lemon juice. Serve with stuffed parathas/pulao/snacks.
