Spaghetti Carbonara with Zucchini

  2. 1/2zucchini
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 3 1/2 ozsmoked bacon bits
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 handfulgrated Parmesan cheese
  7. Pepper

    Place the bacon in a pan over high heat (without oil) and let it brown.

    Remove the bacon and add the chopped onion to the same pan. No need to add oil, it will cook in the bacon fat.

    When the onion starts to become translucent, add the diced zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook well.
