& using sesame seeds from week 2
It's a very healthy and colourful breakfast.
Kids loved it they called barbie or pink thepla

Sesames are good source of iron.
Adding beetroot to your everyday dish is very important. It contains good amount of magnesium and potassium.
This is best way to feed children healthy food.

Ingredients

  • 250gm. Whole wheat flour
  • 150 gmbeetroots
  • 1tabspoon ginger garlic green chilly paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoonchhoped green coriander leaves
  • 1tspoon red chilly powder
  • 1 tablespoonwhite sesame seeds
  • 1/2tspoon carrom seeds
  • 2tspoon +more cooking oil

  1. 1

    Take beetroots wash peeled and chhoped transfer to mixer grinder add little water and make puree transfer in bowl keep aside

    Get ready with all ingredients
    Take mixing bowl add whole wheat flour and all ingredients reserve some sesame seeds keep aside

    Add beetroots puree mix well add 2 tspoon oil knead a soft dough

    Make equal size balls from dough take a ball spread some sesame seeds on rolling board then flatten a dough ball with rolling pin

    Make a circle using cutter
    Meanwhile heat up tava spred oil transfer thepla on it and roast it drizzled some oil flip and roast both sides
