Ingredients

  • 2napa cabbage
  • 3dried mushroom,soak
  • 1little.bit of glass noodle
  • Some slices of black fungus
  • slicesGinger,shallots and garlic
  • 1 tspchicken powder
  • 1little cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash well napa cabbage then blanch it.

  2. 2

    Sautee ginger,garlic and shallots in oil.Then the black fungus and mushroom.

  3. 3

    Then the napa cabbage,sautee and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add chicken powder and just a little water.

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer until veggies are half cook.
