Papad roll sabji with leftover potato

In a bowl mix all the veggies and mashed potato with spices. Make small tikki or balls

Take papad dip it in water put the rolls. Seal it using water and shallow fry it

For the gravy heat oil, add chopped onions, saute till pink, add puree water and all the spices cook for about 5 mts. Add curd mix well and cook for 2 mts. Off the flame

Just before serving cut the rolls, if you want, add the gravy and garnish with coriander.
