Wash and chop mustard leaves and spinach leaves
Boil in a pressure cooker with one cup of water
Once cooled, to blend in the blender. - 2
Heat butter in a pan.
Add makka flour fry for two to three mins and strain it - 3
Make the paste of tomato,green chilli and ginger.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add tomato paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins,now add sarso saag abd mix well.
Add salt and cook for 4 - 5 mins
Serve with makke ka paratha.
