Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds,when cracked it add cumins,and garlic paste,stir for few seconds.

Add chopped onion and soute until onion is golden brown.then add methi leaves and stir it.add raw tomatillo,o potatoes and mix it well.add turmeric powder and salt and mix it well and cover a pan and steam it for two minutes.

After two minutes open the lid and add peanut crushed and mix well.ready leftovers potato methi sabji serve with roti or chapati. Enjoy. Leftover potatoes.
