Green sorghum fritters

Keep all the ingredients together.

In a grinder jar add Soaked chana dal, ginger, garlic and half portion of green sorghum and green chillies.Grind coarsely.

In a mixing bowl add this mixture add onion, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt and whole sorghum beat well don't add water.

Add eno and activate it.Beat well.

Heat oil in a pan.Make small balls from the mixture.Fry till golden brown and crispy.Serve hot with mint chutney and fried green chilli.
