Ingredients

  • 20 piecesbeef tips
  • 2 cansbroth (I used chicken)
  • 1 cantomato paste w Italian seasoning
  • 10red potatoes cut in 4ths
  • 1/2 bagbaby carrots cut in half
  • Salt pepper to like
  • 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonsgarlic powder and onion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Throw everything in crockpot cook

  2. 2

    Cook all day you can shred beef when ready to serve shreds easily after it’s been cooked (I use a spoon to break up the beef chunks)
